Refund policy

Returns
To comply with our strict quality control procedures we are unable to issue a refund once your online order has been shipped.

We are unable to replace your order after it has been marked as delivered by our shipping partners. In the case, your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us. 

If our shipping partner has not updated your package, please allow 7 business days for it to update before contacting us for a replacement. We will not be able to ship you a replacement until after 7 days with no update.

If you would like to cancel a subscription, it must be canceled at least 7 days before the next subscription charge date. If you contact us about canceling a subscription after this date, we will not be able to issue a refund for your subscription.

A refund will not be given if you do not like the taste of our teas, our products are meant to provide healing and may not be to everyone's taste preference. Thank you for understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
