Highly recommend

I've been using this tea for about 8 months now. Previously, I experienced debilitating pain during my menstrual cycle, sometimes feeling unable to even get out of bed, let alone walk. Dealing with PCOS for a while, I assumed this was a lifelong struggle until menopause. Despite trying various treatments from my doctor, including metformin for PCOS. Metformin regulated my cycle but didn't alleviate the pain, so I remained skeptical that a tea would help but I was willing to try anything. When a friend who started using this tea in 2022 recommended it, I decided to give it a shot – and I'm so glad I did. In the first month of drinking it, I noticed an immediate difference; although I still had some pain, I could move around. By the third month, the pain had vanished. Surprisingly, my skin also improved. The tea's delightful taste made it easy to drink daily, some days I forget as I rush out the house. However, I ensure that I drink it at least 4 days a week. By the sixth month, I realized my period was shorter than before. Going from low expectations to sharing this with all my female friends, I highly recommend trying it if you're facing similar challenges.

Worked like a charm

For years I’ve had horrible, painful, back breaking periods. I’ve been using this tea for 3 months now and I haven’t felt this good in years.

First of my period starts and I don’t have pre-pms, I can function and do everything while on my periods and I just feel like I got my life back.
